Sales and marketing director Paula Osborne commented: “We are delighted to add one of Beam’s most popular MVHR units to our existing range of passive house certified systems – this unit will be ideal to anyone building a passive house or airtight, energy efficient home.”

Designed and built in Sweden for BEAM Vacuum & Ventilation, this exclusive award-winning system incorporates the latest heat recovery technology, including a high-efficiency aluminium rotary heat exchanger that provides automatic climate control.

Paula Osborne continued: “The Axco HERU 100T comes with large surface long-life pollen grade F7 filters – the highest specification available for any ventilation system.”

The Axco’s Enersave (automatic temperature guidance) technology controls temperature output as needed throughout the year, allowing the system to run more efficiently and save on energy during the warmer months.

Manufactured to heavy-duty commercial grade using zinc galvanised steel, the unit is insulated with 50mm dense mineral wool for quietness and allowing for use in any cold space.

The system also includes a programmable handheld interactive wireless remote control that provides warning and diagnostics for extra assurance. Users have the convenience of controlling fan speeds, heating/cooling requirements, humidity levels, holiday modes and ventilation levels all within the remote control.
